By accessing or using MzansiFL ("the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use MzansiFL, whether registered or browsing as a guest.

MzansiFL is a free-to-play fantasy football platform dedicated to the South African Premier Soccer League (PSL). The platform allows users to:

• Create and manage fantasy football squads
• Compete in public and private leagues
• Earn points based on real PSL match performances
• Access PSL fixtures, results, standings, and news
• View player statistics and gameweek data

Important Disclaimer: MzansiFL is an independent fantasy football platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sanctioned by the Premier Soccer League (PSL) or any football club. We are an unofficial third-party platform created for entertainment purposes only. All references to PSL teams, players, and match data are for informational purposes. The PSL and all affiliated clubs retain all rights to their names, logos, and intellectual property.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the platform
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools without written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform
• Attempt to manipulate points, rankings, or game outcomes through fraudulent means

MzansiFL operates as a fantasy game based on real PSL match data. By participating you acknowledge:

• Points are calculated based on our scoring system which is subject to change with notice
• Transfer deadlines are strictly enforced — late submissions will not be accepted
• Administrative decisions regarding points corrections are final
• MzansiFL reserves the right to disqualify users found to be cheating or abusing the system
• The platform is for entertainment purposes only and carries no monetary prizes unless explicitly stated

All content on MzansiFL, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MzansiFL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

PSL club names, logos, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. MzansiFL has no official affiliation with the Premier Soccer League, the PSL, or any of its member clubs.

MzansiFL may display paid advertisements and sponsored content from businesses and partners who have entered into a commercial agreement with us. These advertising spots are sold directly by MzansiFL to help support the free operation of the platform.

By using MzansiFL, you consent to the display of such advertisements. We are not responsible for the products, services, or claims made by advertisers. Any commercial relationship is strictly between you and the advertiser.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.

MzansiFL is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MzansiFL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
